STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP CONFLICT OF INTEREST ACT
Section 1.
Chapter _______________________________, relating to student scholarship organizations, is amended by adding a new Code section to read as follows:
“___________. No entity which operates, owns, or is a subsidiary of an association, organization, or other entity that provides accreditation of elementary or secondary schools shall be eligible to be a student scholarship organization pursuant to this chapter.”
SECTION 2.
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
